These terms cover subscriptions, acceptable use, billing, support, and access to the ControlAxis platform.
Use of the service
ControlAxis is provided for legitimate business use. Customers are responsible for account activity, user access, and the content entered into their workspace.
Subscriptions and billing
- Pricing is based on the selected ControlAxis package and any agreed add-ons or service scope
- Billing questions should be directed to billing@controlaxissystems.com
- Subscription access may depend on active payment status and compliance with account terms
Customer responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account and billing information
- Use the platform lawfully and avoid misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or harmful content
- Protect internal user credentials and account access
Availability and changes
We aim to operate the platform reliably, but availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure dependencies, updates, or interruptions outside our direct control.
